Managing Customer Data in the MarTech Era

It was an honour to be invited by The Chartered Institute of Marketing Malaysia (CIMM) to give a talk to their members.

My presentation, with the topic of “Managing Customer Data in the MarTech Era”, focused on how to manage customer data in this very challenging time.

I truly enjoyed the session with the members while they asked lots of timely and smart questions about how brands should leverage on their customer data for doing personalised marketing and providing omnichannel customer experience to their customers.
