This is the third talk in the past week, and it was held at Wawasan Open University (WOU) Johor Bahru Regional Office on Sunday (25 Aug 2024).
Thanks to Sam Gan, the head of WOU’s JB Regional Office, for the invite so I could share with the audience how to do marketing in this data-driven era.
WOU is an amazing university that provides bachelor’s—up to PhD degrees in various majors to eager learners who may not have had an opportunity to pursue higher education beforehand. Sam told me that they once had a female student aged 60+ sign up for a degree course and immediately enroll in a master’s programme after completing her degree. What a spirit!
I always enjoy going back to school to give a talk as part of the CSR initiatives. In this round, there was also a doctorate degree holder in the audience.
