On 16 June 2026, I conducted my first session under the ELITE@UM Fellowship programme for first-year business students taking Management Information Systems at Universiti Malaya (UM).
I shared with them how businesses use data and AI personalisation to drive growth nowadays, and we ended with a great Q&A session as well 😊
Some students asked about the future of software in the age of AI, and others asked what readiness today’s students need to embrace this era. I love conversations like this, and I hope what I shared could help and inspire the young ones.
