Thanks to BFM CaiJin and Isaac Wong for inviting me to be one of the speakers at their inaugural AI event on 29 April 2026.

It was my pleasure to share the stage with Foodie Media’s Pinn Yang and Big Domain’s Henry Tye to discuss how we can leverage social media platforms, AI, and data to drive traffic and nurture users throughout the customer journey.

I also shared the three stages businesses should adopt in the age of AI:
I. Data-driven Stage: Break free from dependence on third-party platforms by building your own customer journey with data technology, such as a Customer Data Platform (CDP), to create a 360-degree view of your customers.
II. AI-driven Stage: With clean, unified data in place, leverage AI to predict customers’ next purchase behavior and identify the products they are most likely to be interested in.
III. Agent-driven Stage: The ultimate goal for the future is to delegate repetitive, complex workflows to AI agents for automated execution, enabling a quantum leap in operational efficiency.

I’m looking forward to more events like this in the future.
